Ever hear of a place called Saskatoon?

It’s in the one and only Saskatoon, Canada:
We worked hard to create a color palette that would excite the congregants and prevent them from falling asleep during services. (Well, someone has to say it as it is!)

We went for this gorgeous mint-aqua-teal-sapphire scale across:
* 6 Torah mantels
* 1 parochet
* 1 valance (pelmet)

I'm loving the way the flame flows so perfectly from the parochet to the valance. Yes!

Here are mantels #1 and #2.

Now Torah Mantels #3 and #4 were to have a Star of David (Magen David) on them. What can be more classic than that?
Well it’s nice and traditional, But I made these two Torah mantels super MODERN!
How?
It's all in my choice of:
*color
*texture
*sheen

Similar, yet different!
Here are Torah mantels #5 and #6, last but not at all the least.

Note the sequin-bedecked navy blue velvet fabric! I love adding in some fun where I can!
